Sales and Support Associate
CryoActive Wellness in Rocky River is seeking a part-time or full-time sales and support person with a passion for helping people feel and look their best to join our team. You’ll work with our clients to help them achieve their goals of pain management, sports performance, beauty and overall wellness. · Selling health and wellness services to new and existing clients to build and maintain our client base

· Educating clients on CryoActive's modalities and products that support and enhance their experience

· Performing health and wellness consultations and administering cryo facials, cryo slimming/tonings, local cryo treatments and whole body cryotherapy treatments after receiving extensive training from us

· Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.

· Selling CryoActive’s wellness services to existing and new clients

· Ensuring all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained

Pay: $20-22/hour plus bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
